Crafted by the skilled hands of our artisans, the “Re Pavo” Turkey in Porchetta is the result of a meticulous deboning process. By combining the flavors of wild fennel and rosemary, with the addition of salt and pepper, followed by a long and slow roasting, the “Porchetta of the future” is born. With its white meat and low calorie content, it increasingly represents a point of reference for a “light” diet, suited to modern lifestyles, while still enhancing ancient aromas and flavors. Gluten-free, milk protein-free, monosodium glutamate-free, and free from added polyphosphates.
